Shipping Policy Order processing:
Items on our website are available and ready to ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. We process and ship orders on Monday-Thursday excluding holidays when the carrier is closed. If you need your order expedited please contact us prior to placing order to discuss alternate shipping options. Shipping prices: The shipping prices are not correlated to the price of the product. Shipping prices are based on the weight of the product you are ordering and the location it is traveling to. Only with your continued support and confidence in our brand can we continue to grow and eventually adding distribution facilities near your location that will help us bring shipping costs down and pass the savings on to you.
Return policy:
Balanced Vibe Candle Co takes pride in each and every one of our hand crafted candles, while we make every effort to ensure they’re perfect, we are human. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, our return policy: Please contact us at balancedvibe@yahoo.com (include order number) within 3 business days of receiving your product to initiate your refund. If 3 business days have gone by unfortunately, we can not offer a refund or exchange. We do not offer returns or exchanges on scent preferences or mistakes in the ordering process for which we are not at fault. We only replace items due to defects or damages made during shipment, exact item replacement. Damaged in Transit If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items, therefore do not throw away. These photos will be required to file claim with the post office or UPS. We will confirm if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up.
